1. Scope
We create and sell handcrafted, custom-made ship models, as well as ready-made products.
2. Orders
An order is considered confirmed once payment or deposit is completed.
3. Custom Products
Custom models are designed based on reference material provided by the client.
4. Production Time
Estimated production time is 15–20 business days, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Pricing
Prices are listed in euros (€).
Any customs duties or taxes outside the EU are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (couriers, customs).
